Manual of Model Civil Jury Instructions for the 9th Circuit
A couple of years ago I obtained this set of model jury instructions from the Ninth Circuit court in San Francisco. These jury instructions can be a great information tool for a wide variety of people interested in various aspects of legal issues. My specific interests in getting this document were the descriptions and references relative to Intellectual Property.
I took the document as I got it from the court and put it online for ftp'ing. Now I'm making it available on the web. It may be dated (or maybe not)... and some minor errors may have been introduced in converting the formatting of the original document to html... but I think you'll find it interesting and perhaps useful.
